The St. Mary Institute Holistic Health Service provides a designed healthy customized program based upon diet modification and nutritional supplementation that can slow or reverse biologic aging! We are reviewing the latest scientific research articles and using it and teaching it to our clients. Much is now known about human biology, genes, proteins, enzymes and biochemical information steps or sequences that underlie aging and disease. Our dietary supplementation is based upon metabolic and biologic tests to replace lost nutrients. These lost nutrients accelerate the aging process.
